How do I contact Gift Warehouse?
Your order should be processed in 24 to 48 hours beginning the next business day during the standard business week, Monday through Friday. If you order is received on the weekend, the 24 to 48 hour processing period begins on the next business day following the day your order was placed. Once your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your shipping information.

How long will it take my order to ship?
We ask that you allow 24 to 48 hours after we receive your order for us to process and ship your order. Some items require 3 to 4 business days as indicated on the item pages.

Can I cancel an order once placed?
No, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please make sure of your purchase before selecting the Buy button. You may return the order once received and we will handle it through our Returns Department. Please see our Return Policy for details.

What if I want to return an item?
We are happy to help you with a return. You will need to obtain a return authorization number for your return to be accepted. You can request a return authorization number by phone or by email. Please include the reason for the return so we can better serve you. Some returns need to returned to a location other than our home office. Please read our Return Policy.

What if my order arrives broken or damaged?
Gift Warehouse stands behind all our products. Please let us know right away if you receive a damaged or defective item. We may ask you for the following information: Was the inside box and/or outside box damaged (since the carrier may be liable for damage caused in shipment). We may ask you to send a digital picture of the damage (if you have this capability) and this greatly speeds up the return/replacement process.
